I have taken many classes throughout my life, but I was a first-time martial arts student when I started training with Ken Stouffer. During our sessions he challenged me, seeing potential beyond what I knew was possible. He quickly adapted his lessons based on my needs. Not being the most graceful, Ken has helped me practice in the areas where I needed improvement, helping me obtain balance. At the same time, he encouraged me to further develop the skills I already possessed. I am always eager to return for the next session. Over time, I have become more confident under his guidance and found unexpected physical and mental strength. For me, the journey has lead to a deeper trust in my instincts and in Ken as my teacher. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone, especially those open to discovering more... not only about martial arts or fitness, but also about themselves.
